Problem Note 55105: After you modify a lookup, rules that use a lookup are fired when they should not be fired

In SAS® Business Rules Manager, you can define a rule that is to be fired based on an entry in a lookup. You can also remove the entry from the lookup. When you run the rule flow again, the rule should not be fired. However, the rule is fired.
There are no errors or warnings to indicate a problem.
To avoid the problem, do not modify existing entries in a lookup.
